Itinerary
Meet and assist at airport. Check in at hotel. Afternoon Drive tour of Delhi – Afternoon sightseeing of Delhi- Old Delhi, the 17th century walled city of Shah Jahanabad, visiting the great Jama Masjid, the principal mosque of Old Delhi. Built in the year 1656 AD by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, it is the largest and the best known mosque in India. Later we walk down or take a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, the old marketplace of Shah Jahanabad now a picturesque bazaar to reach Red Fort, built in the year 1648 by Shah Jehan. Breakfast at hotel. Check out and Transfer to Mandawa. Arrive at Mandawa. Check in at hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Mandawa - Today we explore the Mandawa Fort, located in the very heart of Mandawa & a classic example of the famed Rajput style of architecture. It houses many beautiful paintings & frescoes that dazzle the eyes & now been onverted into a heritage hotel. Gulab Rai Haveli built in the year 1870 that has some of the best murals in Shekhawati on both the exterior & interior walls with elephants & camels on its façade. Goenka Double Haveli, built in the year 1890, with monumental frescoes of elephants & horses decorating its façade. Bansidhar Newatia Haveli built in the year 1921 combines traditional frescoes of horses & elephants with those depicting a young boy using a phone plus opulent touring cars & the Wright Brothers' plane. If time permits we may visit more Havelis of the region & observe the colorful village life in Rajasthan. Overnight at hotel

After breakfast sightseeing of Jaipur -Amber Fort - the huge fort with several beautiful structures built under the reign of Raja Man Singh. We take an Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill, a fascinating experience.
Later we visit the City Palace, a glorious showpiece of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The palace complex houses several beautiful palaces with mesmerizing interiors. Next we visit Jantar Mantar, a collection of astronomical instruments built in stone for measuring the planetary movements and time. Then we visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), a pink colored five-storied structure pierced with 955 windows. It was built in 1799 to enable the royal ladies to view the city life, without being visible themselves. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast Check out and transfer to Agra. On the visit fatehpur sikr-Fatehpur Sikri (Ghost Capital), the political capital of India's Mughal Empire under Akbar's reign, from the year 1571 until 1585, when it was abandoned, ostensibly due to lack of water. We will also visit Sikandara, Akbar's tomb. His son Jahangir completed the construction of the tomb in the year 1613. Arrive at Agra. Check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast -Sightseeing of Agra Afternoon - we visit the Agra Fort located alongside river Yamuna. Its foundation was laid by the Mughal Emperor Akbar and was completed by his grandson Shah Jahan. Its huge towers, bastions, ramparts and gateways reflect the glory of the Mughal Empire. It is a World Heritage Site. It has several stunning structures such as Jahangiri Mahal, Khass Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and Musamman Burj. Next we head to one of the seven wonders of the world, the enchanting Taj Mahal. Symbolizing eternal love, it was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Synonymous to India, Taj Mahal is enveloped in incredible beauty. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast Check out and transfer to Gwalior. Arrive at Gwalior. Check in at hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Gwalior- Gwalior fort - Gwalior fort was constructed about 1,000 years ago on the advice of Sage Gwalipa by Raja Man Singh Tomar. It is said that the Gwalior fort is the largest fort of its kind. The outer wall of the fort occupies stretches 3.2 kilometers in length and about 35 meters in height. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast Check out and transfer to Orchha. Arrive at Orchha. Check in at hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Orchha- The sightseeing tour to Orcha will transport you to the historical age, and remind you of the rajas and Maharajas who built the great forts and palaces. Post breakfast visit Orchha Fort, Jahangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Ram Raja temple in Orchha, further drive to Khajuraho. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast Check out and transfer to Khajuraho. Arrive at khajuraho. Check in at hotel. Rest of the day sightseeing of khajuraho- the Khajuraho temples built between 950 - 1050 AD by the mighty warrior kings of the Chandela dynasty, a truly inspired burst of creativity. Only 22 temples survive of the 85 originally built. Matangeshwara temple is still in worship today, continuing an unbroken 1000 year tradition. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at hotel. Check out and transfer to Khajuraho Airport. Board the flight to Varanasi. Arrive at Varanasi airport and transfer to Hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Varanasi- It is the holiest and the oldest city in the world. Highly revered, it is an important religious destination of Hindus. Also known as Banaras, this holy city of India attracts devotees and tourists from far and wide. It is located on the banks of river Ganga( the holiest river of India). Watch Evening prayer at Ganges River Bank , Varanasi. Overnight at hotel.
Early morning during sunrise visit to Ganges and Boat ride ( Subject to weather conditions and water level because this is rainy season ). Return to hotel Breakfast at hotel. Visit to Sarnath – The Budhist monuments. Return to hotel and have relax or local visit or shopping tour. Overnight at hotel.

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast full day sightseeing of Delhi- In New Delhi, we visit Raj Ghat, memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It is a simple black marble platform that marks the spot of his cremation on 31 January 1948. Further we drive past India Gate, memorial built in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers who died in the World War one & the Afghan Wars. The names of the soldiers who died in these wars are inscribed on the walls. We visit the President's House, built in the year 1931. Until 1950 it was known as Viceroy's House and served as the residence of the Governor-General of British India. We will also visit Humayun's Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562. The complex is a World Heritage Site & the first example of this type of Mughal architecture in India. Also visit Qutub Minar, built in 1206 by Qutub-ud-din Aibek. It is the tallest (72m) brick minaret in the world, an important example of Indo-Islamic Architecture. Qutub Minar & its monuments are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight at hotel.
